Tarpon Springs is known as the Mediterranean of the West coast and is the northern most town in Pinellas County set along the Anclote River and the Gulf of Mexico. This beautiful estate is built in the identical style of The Family home which is nestled in the Bahamas. Areas such as Clearwater Beach are just a few miles south while large cities, Tampa and St. Petersburg, are still within commuting distance. You can enjoy a getaway to Orlando and Disney World only 90 minutes away.

Tarpon Springs' Greek heritage uniquely separates if from any place in the United States. The special flavor of this community is an outgrowth of one of the state's exclusive industries, sponge fishing. Tarpon Springs has retained the atmosphere and traditions brought to us by the Greek sponge divers at the beginning of the 20th century through sponge diving and the biggest Epiphany celebration in the United States.

Tarpon Springs is full of parks, bayous and brick streets with many historic districts. The sponge docks, listed as a National Historic District, are only a part of Tarpon Springs. Sponge Docks visitors can eat authentic Greek food at many restaurants, enjoy freshly baked pastries, stroll through the many gift shops, or venture out on the sponge diving exhibition. Deep sea fishing and cruises are also available. The downtown historic district offers a mix of antique shops, art galleries/studios and boutiques. The beaches of Fred Howard Park and Sunset Beach are only minutes away. If you are a golfer, Tarpon Springs has a great course, but Innisbrook is the premiere golf experience. The area is also home to three professional sport teams the Buccaneers, Rays and Lightning. On the gaming scene Tampa Bay Downs and Hard Rock Casino are in driving distance.

The property available for vacation rental is situated in a prestigious location on Kreamer Bayou. This is an upscale home with high end furnishings. Marble floors are present in the foyer and bathrooms with a breathtaking staircase taking you up to the second floor bedrooms. A few features of this traditional styled property include a formal dining room with water view, a large family room with dining area overlooking the pool, a Victorian style master bedroom with water view, three guest bedrooms, a study/den for retreat, and an enclosed two car garage. Relax poolside in a spacious backyard area with privacy wall and electronic gate. This vacation home comfortably sleeps eight.
